A sublet is a contract under which a tenant rents out their apartment to another individual while their name is still on the lease. A sublet is a great alternative for people seeking a flexible way of living be sure to ask your landlord before subletting your apartment.

The challenge
There are many Facebook groups about subletting in Israel, the problem is that the information is scattered out there and there isn't any source that focuses on subletting in Israel.
Non-consistent graphic and text language, and lack of icons, makes is hard to find and read the information.
The Solution
To create an app that will gather all the information from the different sources about subletting which will save time and effort locating the best option for subletting.
Better sorting options
The user will have more sorting options: property tax, electricity, and water payments to choose if to include.
